Another narrow-footed lifter here. This is going to be way more in-depth than necessary:

First, which are you built like? Builds1, Builds2

Squatting shoes: I'm built like the "I love deadlifts" short-torsoed person and the skeleton with those crazy long femurs. Therefore, even if I had the best ankle mobility ever, a larger heel to toe drop on my shoes helps a lot.

I've liked the Reebok Crossfit Lifters. They're sturdy and comfortable. My only complaints are that the velcro likes to try to come off the strap eventually, but that can easily be fixed with shoe glue, and that the drop was not quite enough for my crazy body (I really am all femur).

For a ridiculous drop, I'm now wearing Leistungs, which are technically Oly lifting shoes. They're very sturdy, the tightener thing is handy, the black ones are sexy, and they are often available at less than $200 (I paid $149 on Amazon, but the price fluctuates a lot). My sole complaint is that the tongue of the right shoe digs into my foot a bit funny, but that small pain is my tradeoff for having well-balanced squats.

My sister is built like the "I love squats" person, and she squats in just socks or in her old wrestling shoes, which is convenient because those shoes work for deadlifts as well. If you're built like this, there are TONS of wrestling shoes on Amazon for under $50.

Deadlifting shoes:: Literally anything sturdy and flat. While I do wear converse, my sister likes her wrestling shoes, and we both like just wearing socks. Socked feet = not spending money on extra shoes = $$$win$$$.

HIIT: I've found Inov8 to be a great brand for narrow feet. These and these have been comfortable and held up well, especially the second pair. The bit on the first pair peeled after way more burpees than I care to think about, which is why I got the second pair. Bonuses are that they come in awesome colors and are a comparatively affordable brand. These are also fine for squatting if you have the "I love squats" build, or if you're lazy like me and don't want to bring extra shoes to the gym all the time, they work in a pinch with a thin plate under each heel.

Shoes that can go fuck themselves right now include these. The toe box is way too wide, and idk if I'm just weird, but the extra room caused a lot of toe and foot pain. I wanted so badly to like them.

This won't help a barefooted squat, but have you looked into lifting shoes with a high heel? These have some of the highest lift in the industry, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H1AXG52/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I8JUU2ICM3TBW&colid=3CYDR4N27LHLK
