Get an extra wide and extra long yoga mat - it will provide some cushion and grip on running, jumping and floor exercises. I have to do all my workouts outside on concrete as well.
I'd also recommend the adiPure Trainer shoes... they are light and the best athletic shoe I have ever owned.
