I have a size 7 woman's foot, and use the adidas Copa Zone Cushion II sock in size small which fits really well. Granted aren't official fencing socks, but they are thicker in the foot area and are comfortable to pull over the knee.
If you can't find official fencing socks, I'd highly reccomend these!
