If you don't bother with the rounding on top it isn't difficult. The one in your picture is a [kit] (https://www.amazon.com/Adjust-Gate-Steel-Building-openings/dp/B001TH7TZ2/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1523092693&sr=8-3&keywords=gate+kit) you buy for the back, then it's just a matter of attaching the fence boards to it.

That said if you are not comfortable with the project, and have the money to pay someone, go for it. Personally the bad curve cuts on the top of roberts fence makes the builder in me cry a little. Especially since you can see the sharpie lines where it was supposed to be cut to do a flush curve. The lack of symmetry with 6 gate boards on the right and 7 on the left makes me twitch too. Be pickier when you hire someone. If you pay for it, and it isn't right, make them fix it.
