It is very detailed, and has all the information you need to enjoy black tea. As a person from ex-USSR, I approve of this way to make tea, and employ it daily (with the omission of samovar, which I do not have).
Additionally, buy Ahmad OPA tea leaves. This is one of the finer black teas out there.
