Yeah, I wouldn’t take my phone into a traditional sauna either, but I would into a NIR sauna and do daily. I was just joking about the kitchen timer. They make other pocket size digital timers. I’ve seen some folks take their smartphone, put it in the middle of a thick towel rolled up and set it on the floor. Works fine from what I’ve seen, and these guys are regular sauna folks.
