It's the Revoltech (Sci-Fi Series #001) Alien figure. It's more like 6" tall and it fits almost perfectly in scale with 3.75" figures...
This is a Tamashii Nations SH MonsterArts figure. Highly detailed and articulated. There is also a Revoltech figure that is also articulated but its joints aren't well hidden and the tail is one of those wire bendy things. I also think the REvoltech figure is a tad smaller.
