Woah just a gosh dern second there. Not everybody.....

I use Bone Broth Protein and I highly recommend it. I could try and explain it but something something amino chains..... I recommend researching why this brand does what they do:

For extra calories, I've been able to introduce the following "shake" to my daily intake... might help you... mix in a good blender

  1. A scoop of Ancient Vanilla Bone Broth (https://www.amazon.com/Ancient-Nutrition-Protein-Serving-Superfood/dp/B01DOD6T8Q)
  2. Some ice cubes
  3. A few frozen strawberries
  4. A very small amount of blueberries, maybe 1/8 cup
  5. A few TBSP of Natural (only Roasted nuts and Salt) Peanut or other Nut butter.
  6. A packet of VSL #3 (if you do the probiotic thing)
  7. Unsweetened Vanilla Silk Almond Milk. (Brands Matter! Check ingredients or stick with what you know.)
  8. A Banana (on the less-ripe side)

    I usually get about 24 oz out of this.

    According to the Monash FODMAP app, this shake should be low FODMAP, but I've found that some low FODMAP things really mess me up... Pronourish (likely the Maltodextrin) is one such big no-no food. Again, YMMV.
