I use Bone Broth Protein and I highly recommend it. I could try and explain it but something something amino chains..... I recommend researching why this brand does what they do:

For extra calories, I've been able to introduce the following "shake" to my daily intake... might help you... mix in a good blender

According to the Monash FODMAP app, this shake should be low FODMAP, but I've found that some low FODMAP things really mess me up... Pronourish (likely the Maltodextrin) is one such big no-no food. Again, YMMV.
