You should be able to use that cooler as the custom PCB of your card is close to the reference version. Just order from a place that accepts returns if it doesn't. Only thing I suggest is replacing the stock fan with something better such a Noctua NF-F12.
Honestly though, spending $100+ on cooling a mid-range GPU is wasteful. I would suggest just repasting the card with an even coverage of Noctua NT-H1 paste. That should get your load temperature down 5 degrees. You could also remove the existing shroud and fans, just strap a good 120mm to the fin array.
