It doesn't actually have to go into the sink or onto any surfaces. Just hold it in your hands while cleaning it (eg, I use disposable vinyl gloves). And I have bus tub in case I need to set it down.

A fan isn't essential. It just speeds up the air drying process. Using decent quality paper towels should make it 98% dry. After than you can air dry it with or without a fan.

It's completely unnecessary. And it can overstretch the material which can damage the sleeve.

Cleaning and maintaining a fleshlight is a lot easier than people make it out to be. Just use common sense and don't over complicate things.
