I order everything on Amazon lol.

argan oil

jojoba oil

gloves I try to force myself to wear when I'm out and about

good cuticle oil pen

I don't know if this is "right" but I trim the dead skin when I get out of the shower (because I find it getting caught on things like my animals or clothes like when the skin gets stuck in the fibers omg kill me). I also file the dry/callused skin to avoid the same.

You are 100% not alone and we're all here for you <3 One day at a time and it's never too late in the day to start.

I bought the different oils separately and put it in an amber dropper bottle. I mixed the argan oil, jojoba oil, and lemongrass oil in a 20:20:1 ratio. The lemongrass is more of just a scent than a functional oil (it's very strong), so you might replace it with some other aromatic oil like tea tree, eucalyptus, or cinnamon oil depending on your SOs preference. I hope you and your SO like it! You might google around for other recipes, but argan and jojoba will make up the bulk of most recipes.

edit: and this is the brush I got, it works great

This is what I'm currently using which is the cheapest I've found. It doesn't smell as nice as the more expensive ones that are mixed with other stuff, but it doesn't smell bad

Oh, you've got a bottle with a pump on it? Any idea how much is in each pump?

I've got this bottle and it's just got the little dropper on it.

Either way, 2 pumps sounds like more than "a few drops" which is what most of the instructions I've read online say. A few drops just seems like so little...

idk if they still do but I saw it when I was posting there. theyre a little uptight but the advice is solid. this is coming from a person who was using those alcohol pad things to try and "dry out" my oily skin and couldnt figure out why it kept getting oilier. Then after I had a baby my skin turned completely dry and I didnt know wtf to do.

I thought moroccan - argan oil was the argan oil a couple people i know were talking about but apparently its not the same at all. I ended up picking up the moroccan-argan oil mixture and some other moroccan oil because it was cheaper than the argan oil I had been seeing. All of that didnt really do anything for me but I had started reading how argan oil is apparently amazing for a lot of things, skin too. I ended up getting a little "deluxe sample" and it was pretty damn good. I know someone who has extremely dry straw like hair. She dyed it, straightens it almost daily, and doesnt really take good care of it altogether. Her hair looks pretty damn good for using it every time she gets out of the shower.

this one looks good and its pretty inexpensive compared to the other ones I've seen.

After every shower I've been using Argan oil and this shea body butter The Argan oil has been great on my face too... it's actually helped balance out my skin tone - I was getting super dry, rashy cheeks and then greasy acne on my chin and nose, ugh. Anyway both that and the body butter have been awesome so far!
