Be very careful when choosing a motherboard for Ryzen.I'm going for a similiar build and deciding for components and their compatibility is a shitstorm. I read that Corsair LPX RAMs has problems with Asus Prime B350 Plus motherboards but I might be wrong.
Here is a list of compatible kits: http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/PRIME_B350-PLUS/PRIME_B350-PLUS_Memory_QVL_20170406.PDF?_ga=1.188669544.1912535910.1485624795

While the $99 Ryzen 3 1200 would get the job done just fine, it could be a bit of a bottleneck if you plan on upgrading your GPU to anything above an RX 580/GTX 1060. For a mere $65 more the Ryzen 5 2600 is a much better choice as far as performance and future proofing go. It would pair quite nicely with any GPU, and won't bottleneck pretty much anything (unless you get something ridiculous like a Titan V, perhaps). As for a motherboard, I've always went with ASUS. The ASUS Prime B350-Plus would be my choice for your price range.

if you dont plan to use SLI or crossfire, B350 is sufficient.

That thing is damn expensive. I'm looking more at the B350.

(Ignore the dickhead who gave the RAM a 1* review)
That gives you enough left over for a case, SSD and PSU and would be a perfectly serviceable machine for recording.
I'm using a Ryzen 7 and a 1070 and have zero issues at all. No stutters, or crashing. I would suggest going with a R7, and unless you want to spend more money there's the $100 board which I also got here and then a pair of 8gb ram to throw in there too.
I'm sure that hybrid card will be the coolest running, but I'm always afraid of long term reliability on that extra technology. I'm not really sure how the others compare. I've just always felt that spending $30 on a better cooler was not for me personally. Always just got what was cheapest.
Asus - PRIME B350-PLUS is good enough. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06X416NJ1/?tag=pcpapi-20
I personally like micro-ATX builds for space savings, but if you like that case, stick with regular full size ATX.
Your second point is just wrong. I've seen solid deals all over today on prime.

Huge number of options here.
$104
$189 (fancier backplate, fancier lighting, etc)
$116 - middle of the road
$85 - budget, notice the PCIE slots are NOT reinforced with metal (so GPU may sag over time)
$99 - different aesthetic, MATX
$173 - yet another option
$117 - and another
Cheaper boards also give less flexibility/ability when overclocking a CPU. And generally may exhibit older display connectors, fewer ports, no wifi built in, fewer M.2 slots, lack of reinforced X16 slots, no debug Q code panel, cheaper quality capacitors and heatsinks, etc.
First off you need to pick a different CPU/Mobo. I'd recommend a Ryzen 3 1300X and a ASUS Prime B350-Plus. The Ryzen CPU comes with a CPU cooler so you no longer need the one you have. Then you can upgrade to an ASUS GeForce GTX 1060 6GB. This will get you similar CPU performance + OCing and better graphics performance.
My current build is https://i.gyazo.com/1dd543b05d823abd476f9d90c5c9c5c5.png

I was planning to buy R5 1600 but it's out of my limits.
I can buy another 8gb ram in 2 months.
Do i need something else? Did i choose right parts?
What about this mobo compared to one listed?

This one is a full sized ATX motherboard.

I have this ram kit in my computer, installed in this motherboard (in case that's relevant). I found out the hard way that 8 gigs isn't enough and would like to upgrade, but getting another kit like the one I have would cost around the same as 32GB of another model. Will it be possible/worthwhile to add 16 gigs of a different kind on top of the 8 I have (and if so - which) or should I just go for a 16GB kit and throw out what I currently have?
Edit: The specs for my current kit and the one I'm considering
I so wanted that, but Newegg refuses to ship to the US if you use a card outside the US and I don't trust my country's postal service enough to allow a direct shipment (I normally use an US freight forward), so I went with this, it was $70 yesterday.
I would upgrade to an AM4 motherboard; you would have to replace your DDR3 with DDR4, but it will future proof your setup for a while. Also in terms of upgrading CPU I would go with a Ryzen 5 1600, it's price to performance ratio is pretty much unparellelled and you are going to have a great rig.
I would say get:
ASUS Prime B350-Plus
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
Kingston HyperX FURY Black 8GB
are you sure they aren't selling it? it looks like they are on my end.
anyways, here is one for $100
and one for $75
Sorry I don't know much about PCs but you can keep your case, HDD, SSD.
You can get a Ryzen 5 1600 said to be $219.
An AM4 motherboard is around $100 : Link
Then you can get a Gigabyte RX480 G1 Gaming 8gb for $240 : link
You can get a 8gb DDR4 memory kit for $60 : [link

all this will cost you around $610-620. Sorry if this is a bit above your budget. Again, I don't know much about what is best so please forgive me if this is bad in overall value.
so this one? https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1/ref=pd_sbs_147_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06X416NJ1&pd_rd_r=N7Y60424AR10CRQ9NW17&pd_rd_w=tN7oy&pd_rd_wg=VI1RH&psc=1&refRID=N7Y60424AR10CRQ9NW17 It looks cool
Pretty shitty.
Sounds like a build that should wait for Ryzen. Lots of multi-core compute power for not a lot of money.

Add $100 for a motherboard. B350 or X370 for overclocking support.

I think 1 SSD and 2 HDD is more than enough for normal consumption. And back to your question I got the these for the my pc I just built recently. For the motherboard I'm not sure if you can get an AM4 socket ATX motherboard for around $75. [This] (https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1541178425&sr=8-2&keywords=atx+motherboard+am4) is the cheapest ATX mobo I found on Amazon.
Here you go https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1
RAM speed isn't so much of a hassle with a RX580. A 2666 kit should be enough.

Just make sure it has the latest BIOS revision (which it should from manufacturer) and you're good to go.
gotcha, I picked this ASUS Prime B350-Plus Motherboard, ATX, AMD Ryzen, Chipset B350, Socket AM4, DDR4, HDMI, DVI, VGA, M.2, USB 3.1 https://www.amazon.com.mx/dp/B06X416NJ1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_u0X6BbD6EBESX motherboard
will that and the 2600 be ok with the Hyper 212 evo?
They do have onboard video, right? since im getting the gpu later I want to test the system first
edit: scratch that there's a b450-plus for a bit less
https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1/ref=lp_15576689011_1_19?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1499765271&sr=1-19 This one is on sale on amazon right now. Is the one I currently have set better than this one?
In the build I'm thinking of getting, the Asus Prime B350-Plus motherboard has 3 fan header connectors (1 for the cpu fan), but the case Corsair Spec-Alpha has 3 fans included, so do I need a fan splitter to connect all the 3 fans?
I have this motherboard and it's served me well https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_147_lp_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=C5VJH67PPEJXJYRY9QEZ. It also supports overclocking and has red LED's that breathe.
how is the deal on this mobo?

Thanks, I think I'll purchase the Ripjaws DDR4.
I need a motherboard that has VGA compatibility, and I'm not sure if the ASRock AB350 fits that. I did a bit of looking and I found the Asus B350 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Prime-B350-Plus-Ryzen-Motherboard/dp/B06X416NJ1?tag=georiot-pcg-20&ascsubtag=pcg-913810906-20). I figure getting a motherboard made for Ryzen would be worth the extra money in the long run, what do you think?
it appears so
