Hi your budget is great. The thing about laptop with 10 series gpus is that they aren't different from their desktop counterparts. So you would have the full power of 10 series graphics which is great for what you want. I won't recommend razer to be honest cause they are like apple with computers. I found this laptop on Bestbuy. Which is pretty solid however if you want the ultimate balls to the wall and extreme laptop this one on Amazon is really great and will probably best your computer. Also for reason the cheaper option for the Amazon laptop is better than the ones that are more expensive but don't tell amazon that. :)

But laptops with 10xx are already out there.

The thing is... They are a lot more expensive.

I found some MSI laptops with 10xx that are on my budget range. But I'm not really familiarized with MSI laptops. And I don't know if I should take such risk (its a lot of money)

Ah, great minds think alike! Thank you for the quick response, the same model caught my eye. Does it at all matter if I were to purchase this version/model of the laptop?

I would go with this ASUS ROG G752VS because it comes with NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB Graphics Card(just like you wanted), Overclocked Intel Core i7-6820HK 2.7 GHz Processor
Overclocked 64GB DDR4 RAM(I don't think you will need to update it anytime soon), 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD (even faster than the standard SSD)+ 1TB 7200RPM HDD, 17.3" FHD 1920x1080 G-SYNC Display with 178-degree viewing angles(seems like that is your preference when it comes to screen size), Powerful cooling with ROG 3D Mobile Vapor Chamber, up to 6% better GPU performance(why not :D), Thunderbolt III Over USB 3.1-Type C(Gen 2), Illuminated Chiclet Keyboard.

For a high-end system, no it's not. You can get some mediocre systems for under $2k, but not a really good one with a decent amount of RAM, especially in a laptop.

My ASUS ROG was $2400 when I got it. 24GB of RAM. The next model you could find with over 8GB was an Alienware for over $5k. RAM on laptops is ridiculously famous for bloating the price.

These are also gaming laptops, but at the price point you'd pay to get a decent production system, you may as well get decent graphics and be able to do everything.

EDIT: This is what I would currently recommend: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-ROG-G752VS-XB78K-17-3-Inch-i7-6820HK/dp/B01K1JW3PO/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1511133324&sr=8-4&keywords=asus+rog+gaming+laptop&dpID=41GUUUSSgNL&preST=_SX300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch
