Can you give me some input too?
I have an HP Omen with an 8700K - 1080ti, and this monitor. So I guess I made the same mistake... but I don't have the same problems as OP... Battlefield V, PUBG etc run fine on ultra, no stuttering. Some cutscenes in Destiny 2 have caused some noticeable stuttering. Maybe that's caused by no G-Sync...

I’m looking to get another 144hz, shall I get a cheap more budget friendly one to use a second? Or get a better monitor and use my current one as a second? Or but the same one again? Budget is roughly 550 can go a little over and under

Don't take my words as a professional, because I'm new at this, but I figure if I was dropping all this money on my build I should get a monitor to do it justice. I also work from home a lot so having crisp monitors was a must for me. This is what I got...

I see what you mean, But I dunno I always thought it was cool, I wanted a curved monitor originally but my main monitor being flat is better for fps which is one of the main things I play so obviously I didnt go curved for that, However for a side monitor I always thought it would be cool. And since you're still around what do you think of this monitor?

This is what I’m using. It isn’t G-Sync, and even though I want it, I’m not totally ready to make that jump quite yet. That’s a pricy piece of hardware.

I was so close to buying that dell a few times! I wasn't sure about the G-sync, thanks for clearing that up. That makes me feel a whole lot better. Really like the idea of snagging a 4k monitor (holding out until one is on sale) to pair with the gaming one.

Just out of curiosity, here were the other monitors I was considering, Any thoughts on these vs the Dell?

I've heard people like curved but i've never actually owned one so I don't know what to make of that!

I use to play LoL, (and still watch TSM LCS games religiously!)...even redownloaded recently, played a game or 2 and uninstalled again...as much as i like watching it, playing it bores me now :(

Oh that's sexy...the 27 inch is pretty pricey but better than the competition. I need to play around with a 1440p monitor for a bit and see if it's worth it. My gtx980 gets pretty good frames at 1080p but it might be too much to handle for her at 1440p

You could get a very nice 16 by 9 nine for less with around the same amount of screen real estate
