Its a cheap price and possibly poorly made but theirs other ones on Amazon. You could check Gamestop.
Bandridge for SCART and I found a SVideo/Composite one from Radio Shack that's powered and works well too. In my early setup days I just grabbed a cheap one the did composite from Amazon or any store like this
