The specs on GSM Arena also list the V40 as supporting Quick Charge 3.0 only. I have a ton of stuff I charge at the same time and have gotten very good speeds from this 6 port charging station made by Aukey that features two QC 3.0 ports.
As our device supports qualcomm quickcharge, you'll want a qualcomm quickcharge certified charger. As for cables I pretty much use monoprice sourced ones or the ones that came with the charger exclusively.
