Starting in April we decompress and start thinking about ways to make the next SXSW even better. Over the summer we do some traveling and work on improving all of our online forms and website. From there we start doing more traveling to other festivals and markets looking for films. We spend A LOT of time in the off-season trying to improve the user experience for the attendees and filmmakers.
