Wasabi is 7 bucks a personal bottle 120 for a restaurant sized bottle with 7,000 servings in it. 620 dollars for 2.3 kilograms.

Seriously though, it's not that surprising to see real wasabi in high-end sushi restaurants. Plus you can buy the actual root at a lot of japanese marts.

Lol it's not $200 a jar. I buy it at my Japanese grocer for $10 and it's available on amazon for $5.
