I have never had a dual cam setup so I would not know what to recommend. You can take a look at the options I've listed and decide for yourself. As you can see, most of them are rear view mirror type.
For dashcam, I suggest a dashcam that fits onto your rearview mirror.

I installed this guy on my car in under an hour a few months ago and couldn't be happier. It mounts over your existing rearview mirror, has a front and rear cam, and you can wire it to display the rear cam on screen whenever you put your car in reverse. Not bad at all for under $100.
