Actually made it myself. I measured the controller and grabbed this image, modified and sized it in photoshop, printed it on some label paper I had leftover from a previous project, laminated it with packaging tape, removed the standard wrap from the NES controller and used that as a template to cut out the space for the buttons.
You could buy this and cut to size.
Problem here is that this is permanent. I don't think the sticker is going to come off the page without damaging it. Plus it's not easy to re-position if you put it on wrong. But it would be a hell of a lot more convenient than using glue.
If WoTC sold a set of errata stickers, I'd buy them in a heartbeat.
I like the idea of just re-purposing cheap stickers here as long as you have identical sets of three. If you want to make your own the following resources work well:
You can get round pre-cut labels that fit the chips perfectly but I'd rather just cut them out myself to make printing easy.

That is what I did. Bought a 100 count bag of standard blank d6s and full sheet labels online on Amazon.
