Hmmm are you giving your buns enough space in their enclosure? http://wabbitwiki.com/wiki/Housing#Size_guidelines - housing size guidelines is it possible they are protesting being inside a smaller space or even any enclosure and want to run free?

Also are you giving them enough things to keep them occupied - toys, cardboard castles , tunnel etc? For flooring, it they like to eat it I would avoid plastics and rubber to avoid health issues. Try the curated cardboard roll for a part of their flooring (not all of it) to see if that can give them something to dig at without tearing up the rest.
