That'll be the premade solution to start you off. A good rule of thumb would be to buy 3 of those (~150 days worth) and see how you get on with them. If you find that you're seeing decent results, then you can buy the raw powder on that website and start making it yourself at home. Derek from MorePlatesMoreDates has some pretty good write-ups on how to make your own RU solutions, one of which involves minoxidil as the main vehicle.
And no prob. I'd imagine that this would definitely be a useful boost to your regimen.
BONUS TIP: If you really wanna enhance your RU solution, you can add in some Azelaic acid powder as well. A 25 gram bag on amazon will set you back ~$38, but should last you a year and some months. For a 5% solution, both powders should be used at 50mg daily.
EDIT: Forgot to include this other RU solution synthesis article. This guy mixes it daily using a solvent solution, so it's definitely more advanced, but about as comprehensive as you can get. As he also mentions in this guide: "If you want to be hardcore, you could use fin or dut PLUS RU58841/minox/azelaic (home brew as above). If you do this approach as an average guy, I think it would be physically impossible to go bald." There's your motivation!
