I like mine! I tried one that I don't recall the brand of, then gave it to my SO and got this one which I like much better, it sits further out on my shoulders so it pulls them back better. I wear it for a few hours a day at my desk. It's still definitely possible to slouch while wearing one, so you do have to do a little work, but having it on helps me be more conscious of my sitting position anyway.
I spend most of my day in front of a computer. I know I slouch, and while I'm working on that, and things are getting better now that I'm lifting on the regular, I wonder, is something like the posture corrector linked below a gimmick, does it actually help, or will it inhibit/hurt me at all? Any thoughts?
