The Leights are great, and a bargain to boot. Your prescription glasses should be fine as long as they provide decent coverage, but you might want to add some side shields like these to them. If you still feel that you need to use safety glasses over your prescription ones, you really have to try them for yourself as head shapes vary. I usually just head to Home Despot and buy the el cheapo ones or steal a few pairs from work. Down the line you will probably want a pair of prescription ones; your eye doc can probably point you in the right direction. You might want to check your insurance as well, since it will sometimes cover safety eyewear for almost nothing.
