One of the only ways iBooks is better than kindle is you can download the full color cookbooks and put them on a stand on your iPad as you cook.

Sounds like you are in the wrong profession. One of the coolest stories that Schwarzenegger told recently is how he started buying real estate - houses, then apartment buildings and small office buildings in LA and Santa Monica so he was a millionaire before he ever got his first big acting role - investing let him do everything else on his own terms, and he couldn't fail financially. I would do the same thing with a restaurant, have enough passive income so that the restaurant couldn't fail financially, because over 90% do.
