I take bariatric fusion. My doctor said that if I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening then I am good. I asked several times to really confirm. Had my blood checked recently and all numbers were good. So I guess they work. I have those at my bed and I take them when I go to bed and when I wake up. This way I can’t forget.
I like the taste. Some people don’t. I hated orange cream but Cherry tastes good to me.
