Femometer by BONGMI - This is the one I got. As far as I can tell, this is the original model based on my internet research. Here's the link to the projects startup page. It was supposedly created by a husband for his wife who was having fertility issues.. The reviews are good overall with women claiming that it did help them finally conceive. You download the app and it syncs and charts all your temps for you, plus you can enter other info (BDing, CM quality, water intake, exercise,etc). I like it because it takes out the actual physical charting for me since I've gotten good at TAKING my temps first thing in the morning, but remembering to go back and record them has been another issue.
Easy@Home has the exact same thermometer but with their logo.
The only other one I found was this one by Emay. It's actually a little cheaper and the reviews are just as good. It just doesn't come with a cover for the tip which is a must for me. And that was really the only complaint was that there wasn't a cover.

I've been using the easy@home OPKs that Lauren Roxy mentioned, and pretty happy with them so far! At the time I ordered they were the cheapest on Amazon, I think.
I was really reluctant to try keeping track of my temps because #1 is still up 1-2x a night, but I'm finding this thermometer to be pretty great:

Plus, the app is reasonable at uploading the temps through bluetooth so no guesswork. I haven't actually completed a cycle with it yet, but I'm impressed after a few days. I hear the Fertility Friend app is better, but I'm too lazy to actually type the temperatures in, haha.
