Can you splurge for this? It was the easiest way for me to be consistent about measuring my temperature. All the data automatically goes to you smart phone once you sync it and it will tell you when you ovulated. I like to do this with OPKs to get the hang of them and double check that they're working for me, as PCOS can affect LH surges that show on the tests.

If you are trying to get pregnant this cycle by intercourse (as opposed to IUI), then I'd suggest doing hanky-panky right after your period finishes every three- four days, and then trying to increase that to every 1-3 days (as much as you can ,if your partner has no sperm issues) around CD12 until you get the temp rise to confirm ovulation.
