Yep - I use Bella B wipes. They have aloe and chamomile in them. I just use them to wipe before and after feeding/pumping to keep everything clean and make sure there isn't milk left behind. Not necessary, just a luxury I guess! Maybe a hangover from my mild PPA too...
ETA: I cut the wipes in half and use them each a few times. They are the size of baby wipes and you just don't need that big of a wipe for the nips!
