Those are good. All beans that you can tolerate, lentils, buckwheat, peanuts/peanut butter, hemp/flax/chia seeds, and lots of vegetables. Organic Asia makes a line of bean pastas that are really high protein. Lentil pasta is also great, basically the same macros as lentils.

That's going to be pretty hard without a lot of processed foods. If you want to cut, I would just keep the protein high, keep doing protein powder, and otherwise eat mostly whole foods. Beans, lentils, buckwheat, quinoa, oats, wheat, nuts, seeds, vegetables, etc. Soy beans are probably the highest, and you can buy them in bulk pretty cheap.

But some good processed stuff is tofu, seitan (wheat gluten), and tempeh. I also really like lentil pasta and the explore asia bean pastas - they make a bunch and remove some of the carbs in processing, so the protein macros are really high.
