I am not sure what you're trying to say exactly but if he wants Doomscizor, you should get him Doomscizor? As for this master launcher, I don't know what that is (I'm a hyper casual collector) but I do personally own this launcher, it has master in the name so maybe that's what he means? It's a good launcher by my standards, I usually use this one when battling.
