I've got it narrowed down to three options. My budget is <100, I was considering the Samson SR850 or SR950 or the Beyerdynamic Custom Street headphones. My question is what benefits do the SR950 offer over the SR850? The 850s are only 30~ dollars and I need to know how much difference there would be in sound quality.

What is the meaningful difference between these?
As stated, white over-ears in the budget category are going to pretty limited. Superlux HD661 are the only ones I'm aware of. If you can swing $80, the Beyerdynamic Custom Street looks like an option. You get more options in the $100-$200 range, like the M50X, Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro, and probably more.
