I use this from amazon. Super easy i leave it out on my kitchen counter and 24 hours later they are hatched. Theres some you tube videos out there with this specific model. No air necessary. After 2 days i clean and set up again with new eggs!

I use one of these, don't know if it's available where you live. It's a bowl the size of a regular food plate where you hatch brine shrimp. It has a clever mechanism that makes the hatched shrimp go for the middle of the bowl where you can easily lift them out with a little sieve.

If you regularly clean it, it doesn't smell at all. Con is, you don't get a whole lot of shrimp, I'd say one of these bowls, filled one time, yields enough shrimp to feed 15-20 fish in the 2-4cm range for 2 days, then you need to clean it and refill it.

Edit: it is available in the US if that's where you're at. Some more info.
