Prescription ones are best but can be very expensive. I've been using these more affordable ones with success--they are slightly scratchier than the expensive ones but don't tear as easily, and they help my symptoms. Be sure to follow the size chart, they are Asian sizes so run much smaller than US size.

ETA: I like the open toe because closed toe gives me athletes foot, but if you prefer closed toe this brand sells that style also.
