All my local grocery stores have Maseca in the hispanic foods section. I get those sacks for $2.88. That choline is always the one linked in recipes but I've never seen it for the price listed. I use BulkSupplements choline. It's not $4.99 but the cost per day is still miniscule.
This pill should work out OK for you, but I must admit, I take prescription galantamine myself as its cheaper(i have insurance) and is likely more pure and properly dosed. You'll want to take choline with this even tho it has some in it, you will want more. I bought this choline in bulk and I pill it out myself. For galantamine, don't take it every day, it will stop working QUICK. Take it once a week when you really have the time to dream. It can be intense or not work at all based on how you use it.
