the RJ45 is just a distinction of the connector, where the CAT6 is a distinction of the cable itself. A CAT6 cable with an RJ45 connector is standard 'networking' cable, so most likely if you have a CAT6 cable it has an RJ45 connector on it (Though it can also have other connectors).
If you're just using the RJ11 for internet and no phone, id suggest using a high-speed internet RJ11 cable, even though you can also use a straight-up normal telephone line (which by default has an RJ11 connector).
