The only thing offered from the UK for $69.99, that I have seen, is the seemless upgrade copy. This also states that you cannot play it on 360 once you upgrade to X1.

Yeah, Amazon offer both of them digitally, but it'd take until mid day to arrive + around 8 hours of downloading for me.

Not sure if that will work for you but worth looking into if you are wanting to find it on the cheap.
According to Amazon UK, the dual digital license that they sell deactivate the 360 version when you have performed the X1 upgrade.
