Sure! The most recent kit lens is this one, but the price is way too high at $250.
The list price is kind of weirdly expensive for something that's normally part of the camera kit. Tons of people selling theirs might be upgrading to something else, so you can find them second hand for much cheaper.
Amazon also has some bulk packaging items of the previous version that seem to be okay and are much more reasonably priced at around $87. I can't imagine the newest version is 3 times better.
eBay shows them going for around $100 or less. If someone has a good seller reputation, I'd buy from there. Just search for this: "Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/4-5.6 IS STM" Make sure that the lens you get shows 4-5.6 on the front, because the older version is 3.5-5.6.
Finally - sorry if I came a cross disparaging about those Vivitar screw-on adapters/filters. I just don't like how they're sold as "lenses for Canon," because that just seems deceptive to me. There's no way you would have known better, so it's not your fault.
You can get a new STM version for $87 or "very good" used for $63 on Amazon...

Afaik, yeah. You can see in the fourth photo of the camera how the IS model it has two switches (AF/MF and Stabilizer On/Off) and the non IS model only has one.
Also, you can search at least the lens separately on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Canon-EF-S-18-55mm-IS-STM/dp/B00BW6LVW2/ (On english, as I don't speak german).
Also, you can search the lens manual online and take a closer look. IIRC, it was freely available on their webpage.
Im fine waiting longer and saving some more money, maybe $400-500. What would be a good C/F one that is durable? I dont really care about how much the unit weighs itself, or how about how small it collapses to. Im mainly going car camping, so i need something that stays stable for 3-4 hours. Attached below is the camera and lens im planning on using, so it gives you a bit more information, weight wise, and size wise on the camera equipment.
