Canon SX210, used from Amazon is $115. It has a lot of auto modes to choose from, but it also has fully manual exposure. You can start off with the auto stuff, and slowly progress to taking more control of exposure.
The lens is 14x zoom 28-392mm equivalent. That should be more than plenty zoom for you.
Obviously it's not going to get you the same image quality as a DSLR, but for a little over $100, I don't think you're going to do much better.
So, I got bored and did some maths. The camera she is using is a Canon PowerShot SX210IS. Note the 14x optical zoom and pop up flash. It's dimensions are 2.4 inches (152 vertical pixels).
From the base of the camera, which happens to be roughly at the base of her cock, to the tip is 427 pixels.
427 / 152 = 2.81; 2.81 x 2.4 inches (our camera constant) is 6.75 inches... while not fully erect.
