https://imgur.com/a/6V0cCGq that's the front of the unit in my house. The wiring sticker under the flap of the unit( no clue if that helps) and the outside fan thing to go with it. The info on the outside unit looks the same as the indoor part.
I was only able to find one ac on Amazon that was tropical, so I'm pretty sure its spelt normal.

This is not the same one but it's the only one I've been able to find with the same brand name. Unfortunately I've never seen the remote either. I thought maybe the plastic piece that said wifi meant there was an app with your phone but I couldn't find anything about that either.
