These (not exactly those but similar) work for me to leave in, while my skates are drying, if you have the luxury of using other skates while those are drying, do that.

I think type of socks can also make a difference. What has worked for me is socks that contain the fabric 'Coolmax'.... Yes, I know it sounds fancy but I went into the hardware store and found really cheap socks that had 'Coolmax' in it which wicks away moisture and I think is found in some performance socks, maybe a bike/runningshoe/ski shop would also have good alternatives for socks.

For long skates I double up on socks (coolmax socks on first and regular socks over those) for two reasons, to prevent chafing at the ankles and to get less sweaty feet.

I go barefoot and use these cedar inserts to help with the smell and dry them out after use, they work really well and come in a pack of 6 for 7 bucks, just pop them in when you're done climbing

(1) Get two pairs of gloves: one for bag and pad work (maybe the thumbless bag glove type), and one for sparring/partner drills. It sounds crazy but it will extend the life of both of your gloves. (I do this with my work boots too - a pair as a daily beater vs. a pair for light work).

(2) After training, wipe the inside out with DRY paper towels, in order to absorb the moisture.

(3) Use some kind of glove dog or cedar chips and put them in your gloves. I use these ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002KDD0DE/ref=sxr_rr_xsim_1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=3008523062&pd_rd_wg=utHYD&pf_rd_r=XP2FR7T02RTRPS0QK9K7&pf_rd_s=desktop-rhs-carousels&pf_rd_t=301&pd_rd_i=B002KDD0DE&pd_rd_w=SMZGj&pf_rd_i=cedar+chips&pd_rd_r=33be51b8-2b3d-49a6-bcd7-02605f357000&ie=UTF8&qid=1511394452&sr=1 ), and I just shove one all the way to the deepest part of the glove (where your fingers sit), because that's the part that usually doesn't dry out and gets stinky.

(4) hang them up to dry after steps 1-3.

(5) Once every week or two, put them in the sun after you clean them. Also spray a disinfecting spray lightly once every 2 or 3 weeks.

*edit: And get several sets of hand wraps and don't use them for more than one night of training without washing them!
