I make it myself using this single serve ice cream freezer (amazon).

Here are the ingredients I use:

3-4 oz liquid - combo cream, half-n-half, milk
1 egg yolk
1 tsp xyla
Misc flavors: vanilla, cocoa ,berries, peppermint

Yum!

I took this tortoise pic about 10 years ago. It still makes me laugh. The little guy liked to hump the big tortoises and would open his mouth whenever his thingy came out 😂

One of the coolest things on my wishlist is this instant ice cream maker
You pour a thin layer of cream on this frozen try, it freezes instantly, then you scrap it off into these little rolls. How cool is that?!?
