I haven't tried them myself but they do sell tiny desktop fridges in different sizes, like fits 1 can of soda, or fits 6 cans of soda etc might work for you? https://www.amazon.com/Chefman-Mini-Portable-Eraser-Board/dp/B07L43W4MF/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_147_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=E3J5KN6KFF3ZBJ9WQKMC

So I have a child with type 1 diabetes. I have a tiny mini fridge that will run on either 120v AC and has a 12V plug to run off a car (or similar).

I also have a small power station with solar panel. The drain on the refrigerator is pretty tiny. I've used it for a few weeks without recharging my power station.

I keep about 8 extra vials of her insulin in here and switch out as her new prescription arrives. I've also used the walmart type R insulin via injection and found it works fine as well, just slower and requires a bit more.

Sure, she won't still have her 6-6.5 A1C, but it'll keep her alive.

We've found diet to have a huge effect as well. Did Keto a few years ago and found she was only using 25-30 units/day vs the 50-70 she normally uses. So have stored a lot of low-carb foods.

It's all pretty portable, adds about 20lbs to our load.

Thermoelectric coolers are terribly inefficient; they may be able to eventually get you where you want, but there's a price to pay...

It's a Chefman 6-pack mini-fridge, the model that both heats and cools.
