Zum rub is awesome. I bought it for a tattoo originally. Awesome stuff.

Oh the baby one has beeswax, not the menthol/arnica one.

You might also look at this burn cream. My acupuncturist turned me on to it and it's amazing. I use it on cuts and stuff. I even used it on a rash on my face recently and it cleared it up overnight. It's good for all things skin related and smells neat, like sesame oil. Never thought of putting it on my hand callouses but I bet it would work.
