He has one of these on his side of the kitchen that he keeps his gluten stuff in. He has his own colander, utensils, sponges. The only time I've gotten sick was when he accidentally put his donut crumbed hands into a bag of jelly beans that I then ate. Be cognizant of crumbs! You're going to have to keep a gluten free butter/mayo/peanut butter, etc.
