There's a huge difference in size. OP is holding that one in his hand, and I would guess maybe 7" bow to shoes? The one linked on coach site is:

Looking around the internet, it seems they made key chain size and the full size linked there. Of course the bigger ones are more expensive and more detailed.
Here's a picture of some of the key chain ones. I wouldn't be surprised if the one OP took a picture of was the bag charm.
Here's an Amazon listing for one in black that's listed as 6" tall. Sellers have them between $80 and $175, so it seems like the same product.
