Did that with emergency blankets awhile back. Everyone around me went blind and caught fire, but I was nice and cool.

Its a "Darkroom" tent, and it is nearly pitch black inside. Add a canopy or tapestries on top, and you may be able to get more than 4 hours of sleep :)
