Electric trimmer! I use this one. It keeps things nice and tidy without getting itchy.
I have this one. It's cheap and I bought it a few years ago. It shaves coarse hair just fine (it pulls if you rush, though) but for my legs with finer hair, it doesn't work so well and just scratches. The top (where you see the little button) slides up for trimming.
There are better ones out there, but for now this one has served me well.
I use this one and it's great for legs and pits. Not so much with bikini area, but I like it.
