I use argan oil when I've been a little too aggressive with my extractor. It really calms down the redness for me & I thinks it helps speed up the healing if I've broken the skin. it's a little late now, but I absolutely love hydrocolloid pimple/acne patches. They will sometimes get rid of a pimple overnight, with zero damage or redness after! There are a ton of brands out there, but the COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch are my favorite.

I put one on a possible sore/pimple on my lip and it drew so much gunk out. It was super satisfying the next morning when I saw it haha
I made the mistake of fucking with it and made it worse but with vitamin e oil, neosporin, couple of patches and lotion, it’s starting to clear up really nice.
