Yes on the TP! I bring this stuff with me every time. It's compact and the plastic is its own carry case that acts like a roll dispenser. It *says* it's 2-play, but that's a lie. It's like... two pieces of half-ply fused together. And it's super compact and fits in a crevice of my camelbak.

What's your goal, to have an emergency toilet within your vehicle in the case of sudden emergency? Or are you going to be using this portable toilet on an ongoing basis?

Some have that blue liquid inside, like you see in portable toilets at festivals/fares. Others simply offer a place to sit, and have replaceable trash bag to collect the poop, which you then dispose of through other means (in a dumpster, etc). If you're going to be out in nature, you can always bring a small spade, dig a hole, shit, and bury it afterwards.
